Long Time Ago, There was no different between Malay Kingdom and Fairyland Kingdom, both could been seen. There was a very beautiful Princess of fairy named Bidasari who chased by many princes of both Kindoms. This become a dispute to the Kingdom of Malay and a fairyland, so that the father of Princess built a palace on top of Gunung Bintan to secure the Princess. Because the princess could not live without her beloved Goldfish, a pond wiht clear and clean water was provided for the Goldfish.
One day the King Of Gods or father princess announced that who ever could find his daughter would marry her. The King then disappeared after announcement. Princess of Kingdom looked for Princess, one of the who was prince Malay Kingdom reached at the Top of Gunung Bintan, as well as Prince Fairyland. Princess Bidasari was surprise and confused to select one of gentlement.
After thinking for a moment she said : " I Select none of you. I will jump into this pound and let me be the owner of his pond. "Bidasari jumped into the pond and turned to be beautiful fish (the which prohibited to be caught). The Palace then named as "BIDASARI PRINCESS POOL" by the King.
